Do you want to return a product?

You can cancel the purchase of your products for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Please note it is not possible for us to cancel a shipment once you have received notification that your order has been shipped. If you wish to return a product, you can do this simply by returning the items to us within 2 weeks of receipt, due to the expiry dates on many of our products, we cannot refund any items received outside of this statutory period.

The product must be returned in as close to its original condition as possible and undamaged. 

How to return a product

1. Fill out the return request using the button above. Letting us know the reason for return helps us process it faster. On the form, you can choose to return the item using a Medisol carrier (shipping fee applies (20 euro) or a carrier of your choice using our address details.
2. After submitting your request, we'll email you the next steps as soon as possible, including a return label, if you requested one.
3. If you have received a return label you can send the return via our indicated courrier. If you are sending the return via a courier of choice you can send the package to the following address:

   • For larger or higher-value items, we recommend using a tracked shipping method.

4. Keep your shipping receipt (if applicable) so you can track your return.
5. Once we've received your return, you'll get a confirmation email.
6. Once your item passes quality control, you'll receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Refunds are issued via your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. In some cases, we may ask for your IBAN.
You're also welcome to use the European model withdrawal form to cancel your purchase. This isn't required, but using our own form helps us process your return faster.

Wrong or damaged item received

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, always contact our customer service and we will arrange the return shipment at our cost. For any other questions regarding a return shipment, please contact our sales team. We will be happy to help.
