Returns

Do you want to return a product?

You can cancel the purchase of your products for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Please note it is not possible for us to cancel a shipment once you have received notification that your order has been shipped. If you wish to return a product, you can do this simply by returning the items to us within 2 weeks of receipt, due to the expiry dates on many of our products, we cannot refund any items received outside of this statutory period.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original unopened packaging. The shipping costs for the return shipment are at your own cost.

How to return a product

  • Make contact our sales team to inform them that you wish to make a return and provide the Medisol order or invoice number
  • Please fully complete the return form, via the link at the bottom of this page
  • Send your package to us, we recommend for larger, more expensive items you obtain a tracking number.
  • Save the shipping receipt (if applicable) to track your package.
  • Once we have taken receipt of the package, you will receive confirmation via email.
  • Once the product(s) have passed our quality control, you will receive your refund, this will be within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item(s)
  • Reimbursement is made using the same payment method that you used to pay, unless you have agreed to a different reimbursement method, in some cases we may require your bank account details in IBAN format to enable us to process your refund.
  • For EU customers, It is also possible to use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are cancelling a purchase. (If you require this form, please contact our customer services team. Use of this form is not mandatory, for faster processing of your return, we request that you use our own form.)

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods that results from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

Wrong or damaged item received

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, always contact our customer service and we will arrange the return shipment at our cost. For any other questions regarding a return shipment, please contact our sales team. We will be happy to help.
