There is no doubt that all employees at Medisol will do their utmost to help you in an efficient and timely manner. However we are aware that occasionally mistakes can and do happen. If you have a complaint or even a suggestion that would help us to improve our service, we would like to hear from you.

  • The nature of the complaint
  • The order number or invoice number to which the complaint applies
  • Contact person and contact details
  • If necessary, the suggested corrective action
  • The product(s) to which the complaint relates and the corresponding serial number(s)

We take all complaints seriously and aim to respond within 5 working days. Response times may be longer during holiday periods.
