Payment and Delivery

Upon placing your order online, our sales team will process your details and add the shipping costs to your order. You will then receive an email with a proforma invoice for payment into our International bank account. Upon receipt of your cleared payment and subject to stock, your order will be cleared for dispatch. We cannot accept credit card payments, cheques or bankers drafts.

Shipment information and delivery time

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number to enable you to track your order.  Delivery times vary depending upon the country and delivery address.  All orders are dispatched from our European warehouse in The Netherlands.  All orders outside of the European Union will be shipped Incoterms EXW. 

Shipping costs and VAT

When we receive your order, we will calculate the shipping costs to the delivery address on your order, the amount will be added to your invoice. It is therefore very important that you provide a full and correct delivery address on your order, including the zip-code, contact telephone number and email address (for payment of customs duties outside of the EU).
