Shipment information and delivery time

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the specific delivery address. All orders are shipped from our European warehouse located in the Netherlands.

Please note that all orders shipped outside the European Union are supplied under Incoterms EXW (Ex Works). Under these terms, the buyer is responsible for transportation, export and import formalities, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and any other charges associated with the shipment.

Shipping costs and VAT

Once we receive your order, we will calculate the shipping costs based on the delivery address provided. These costs will then be added to your invoice.

Please note that the applicable VAT rate is determined by the country of delivery. It is therefore very important that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the postal code, contact telephone number, and email address.

Shipping costs outside EU

Please also note that, due to dangerous goods regulations, we are unfortunately unable to ship batteries outside Europe. For small quantities, the transportation costs associated with these regulations are disproportionately high. Collection from our premises in The Netherlands is therefore an available alternative.

Should you require larger quantities, please let us know and we will be pleased to provide a tailored quotation, including the costs related to dangerous goods transportation.

Furthermore, please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges associated with the importation of the goods into the destination country.
