Product Description

Schiller FRED Easy pediatric electrodes

The FRED Easy pediatric electrodes can be used for babies and children aged 1-8 years and weighing less than 25 kg. When connected to the AED, the shock level is reduced. The AED also immediately switches to the pediatric resuscitation protocol.

Shelf life of Schiller paediatric electrodes

The shelf life of Schiller paediatric electrodes is approximately 2 years. You can find the exact expiry date on the back of the packaging. Please note that paediatric electrodes must be kept in the packaging marked ‘paediatric’. The electrodes have an expiry date because they are coated with a self-adhesive, conductive gel that can dry out over time. Using electrodes that have expired can have negative consequences when they are used. Therefore, always make sure that you keep an unopened package with an unexpired expiry date with the AED.

The connectors for the FRED Easy and the FRED Easyport are different. When ordering, please make sure you add the correct electrodes to your shopping cart.
